About me

YanXin Chen Avatar

Hey there, I’m YanXin Chen, but you can call me Chef-Chen. I’m a Chinese cooking student who’s obsessed with food and photography. My grandma was a huge inspiration for me, always whipping up traditional Chinese dishes that made me fall in love with cooking at a young age.

I’m on a mission to bring ancient recipes back to life in a modern way, and I’m so excited to graduate and start sharing my culinary creations with the world. My dream is to work at a four-star hotel where I can serve up all the delicious delicacies I’ve learned in school.

When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m working on my English skills and building my own website. It’s a way for me to share my love for Chinese food with people from all over, and if you buy something through my links, I even get a commission!

I’m always looking for new recipes to try, so if you’ve got any secret family recipes, I’m all ears. And of course, any support you can give is greatly appreciated. Thanks for stopping by!
